The Revenge of Marc Twang
Described as: "the writhing wrath of revolutionary exasperation", this limited edition features the early solo work of Marc Twang (AKA: Marcus O'Realius) from 1971-78. The album juxtaposes raunchy musical dissertations on MONEY, sex and relationships with mellow plaintive reflections on life’s, lonely highways and byways. The utter recklessness of the times is embodied in such rants as MAKE BELIEVE MARRIAGE. The accompanying deep cynicism of such tunes as MERRY-GO-ROUND may not go down easy but the album takes the edge off these cliffs of near despair with songs like, PEDDLER RAG and COUNTRY ROAD, an absurd, comical homage to the archetypal indecisiveness of commitment. Marc goes falsetto on this one as if to mock himself as well as all of us who have experienced love’s all too common cacophonous and confusing dilemmas.

The album ends with SUNLIT RAINDROPS, an almost religious entreaty which suggests, despite the chronic disappointments of the heart, that there remains the light of hope..."right in sight".
